oh my my! What a feature, i mean really the so familiar body that we take so granted for can be at times so weird and unfamiliar to us. i am completely at join hands with Maynard’s views, it’s how we take care of our body that determines how it is going to portary itself in the long run! the motto is the stay fit, healthy and smiling!
